Email Unsubscribe

To stop receiving marketing emails:

• Click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email
• Or email us at contact@ascendlendings.com with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line

Please allow up to 10 business days for your request to be processed.

Text Message Opt-Out

To stop receiving text messages:

• Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us
• Or email us at contact@ascendlendings.com

Phone Call Opt-Out

To stop receiving marketing calls:

• Tell the caller you wish to opt out during any call
• Email us at contact@ascendlendings.com with your phone number

What Happens After Unsubscribing

After you unsubscribe:

• You will no longer receive marketing communications
• You may still receive transactional emails related to active loan requests
• If you have an active loan, your lender may still contact you

Resubscribing

If you change your mind, you can resubscribe by:

• Submitting a new loan request on our website
• Contacting us to update your preferences

Lender Communications

Please note:

• Unsubscribing from Ascend Lending does not affect communications from lenders
• If you have shared information with a lender, contact them directly to manage preferences
• Each lender has their own unsubscribe process
