Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Ascend Lending's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Service Description

Ascend Lending is a loan connection service. We connect consumers with lenders in our network but do not make loans ourselves. We do not make credit decisions and cannot guarantee loan approval.

Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be a U.S. resident (excluding NY, VT, AR, WV)
• Have a valid email address and phone number
• Have an active bank account
• Provide accurate and complete information

No Guarantee of Loan Approval

Submitting a request through our service does not guarantee you will receive a loan offer. Lenders make independent decisions based on their own criteria.

No Fees to Consumers

Ascend Lending does not charge consumers any fees for our connection service. Individual lenders may charge their own fees, which will be disclosed in their loan terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
