Hardware and Software Requirements

To access electronic communications, you will need:

  • A valid email address
  • Software to view PDFs (such as Adobe Reader)
  • Sufficient storage space to save documents

Requesting Paper Copies

Withdrawing Consent

You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic communications at any time by contacting us. However, withdrawal of consent may prevent us from processing your loan request.

To withdraw consent, email us at contact@ascendlendings.com with "Withdraw E-Consent" in the subject line.

Effect of Withdrawal

If you withdraw consent:

  • We will not be able to process new loan requests from you
  • You may need to complete paper forms instead
  • Processing may take longer
  • Some services may not be available

System Requirements Changes

If we make changes to hardware or software requirements, we will notify you and provide you with an opportunity to withdraw your consent.
