Our Practices
Ascend Lending shares consumer information with lenders in our network as part of our loan connection service. Under CCPA, this may be considered a "sale" even though no money changes hands for the data itself.

How to Submit a Request
To exercise your right to opt out, please email us at:
Include "Do Not Sell My Information" in the subject line and provide:
- Your full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- California address
Effect of Opt-Out
If you opt out:
- We will not share your information with lenders
- You will not receive loan offers through our service
- We will not process new loan requests from you
Verification
We may need to verify your identity before processing your request to ensure we are responding to the correct individual.
Response Time
We will respond to your request within 45 days as required by CCPA.
